Review on Baomain TZ 3104 Plunger Momentary Waterproof by Flex Graham

I installed it as the upper limit switch and the other as the lower limit switch. They worked for several months until it got colder. When the temperature dropped below freezing, the switch failed and jammed. The jack drive hit the limit switch lever and sped right past it until luckily it stopped because it hit the overtravel limit switch. (the switch was from another manufacturer). I had to heat the switch with a hair dryer to make it thaw! I was then able to move the switch actuation lever. Accident? no All this was repeated 3 more times. I have now replaced the switch with a properly NEMA rated switch. I disassembled the broken switch and found that there was water in it! The seals (O-rings) appear too small and do not press on the shaft. Very bad design and technology! The switch is NOT suitable for outdoor use.
