Tight, tight, tight
I ordered this extra large for me and medium for my daughter, both sizes run larger. She is about 5'5" and weighs about 135 pounds; I'm 5'4" and about 175. They are both comfortable when you put them on. However, wearing them is a trick. They are very, very tight. I mean tightly "bandage the chest" like Mulon in the cartoon. If you're looking for something to hold you up and compress everything around your spine, then this sports bra is for you!
