The packaging was broken when I received it. When I opened the box the resistor had a wire that was separate from the resistor so I put the wire in its hole. I installed the device hoping it would work and the fan was just running at low speed. THIS UNIT IS STRAIGHT! I ended up at the local auto parts store.
