I've had bad experiences with water brushes. I watched Diane Antone create a tutorial on You Tube using the Kuretake brush and decided to give it another try. I'm glad I did. Thanks to these brushes and Diana's wonderful explanation, my first try was a very pleasant surprise. I really like the thickness of the water barrel, but it's still easy to dispense water. The brush cleans well, has a good click. Surprisingly, these brushes hold color well. A valve at the top of the water barrel prevents leakage. The filling can be done in different ways. I found putting it under the faucet was as easy as dipping it in water and squeezing it out. Three clicks and your brush is full.
