Picture one: When using the bake/fry position you can't use the door handle to pull out the pan or rack without hitting you. It is very difficult to remove the baking sheet or rack from this position without burning the door. Photo two: I've only used this oven a couple of times, but I don't understand why the bottom heating elements are so close to the bottom grate. /tray position causing my food to burn. I tried to bake the pumpkin bread in the middle position and there wasn't enough room so it wouldn't burn on the top panels. Baking and roasting is the main reason I bought this toaster but I find no success. There's also a 4-inch section on the right side that houses the fan, which doesn't have a pan/rack rail. I dropped the rack on this side when I pulled out the tray/rack. Only on the left side does the guide move continuously from back to front. I would have liked the on/off button. Waiting 30 minutes for the oven to turn off is inconvenient. The oven will beep to preheat when the internal temperature is 350 degrees, even if you set a higher temperature. It will take another 5-10 minutes to reach the set temperature, but you'll need to use an oven thermometer to know when it's time to put the food in if you don't want to start at a lower temperature. The display only shows the temperature you set, not the actual oven temperature. The convection fan must be switched on manually, with the exception of the drying function. It would be better if it turned on automatically for everything except toast/bagels when they can't be used.
