Review on 🚴 Clipless Pedals: SHIMANO SPD Pedal Enhancing Cycling Performance by Darius Newberry

This design works very well. I like the SPD shoes because my Trek 520 is easy to walk on tours and commutes. I restored my 1990 Cannondale Black Lightning which went black and replaced some vintage look 1990 Carbon Pros. The looks are great but these spikes are hard to step on and on gravel they really screw up. These pedals work as well as they look, but I have SPD shoes and they really are that much better for cycling. There are different levels of this design. This one weighs a little more than the more expensive ones, but it suits me.
