I bought two of these for my car and was very happy when I first got them. I quickly went out to install them on my car and was disappointed to find the caps didn't fit. I had to use old plugs. Also, for some reason my machine only needed the top two screws, so the bottom two look pretty clunky. It didn't bother me, but it might bother others. Later as I was driving my car I was looking at the frames in the sun and they are quite shiny then I noticed that the row of stones is not straight. Oh boy, it bothered me. THEN I noticed that some of the jewels had already fallen off. Instead of going through the return process, I just went home, removed the jewels that had moved, and glued them back on. The slabs also came with extra gems which were great for me to use to replace the ones I was missing. Do this when they receive the product.
