It is very important to check your TV model to make sure your TV is compatible. This was the second remote I bought from Amazon, the first was $79 and was not compatible, I had to return it, I looked at the model of this remote and took a chance, so happy I did have! I put in double A batteries and it plugged in right away, no setup or anything! super easy! I will definitely get another one as a replacement 😆
