I like that it has an option to sync up all your files from online storage providers such as Dropbox or Google Drive etc into one single folder for easy retrieval later when you need them again! It's also very user friendly so not much problems encountered during my entire experience using this tool (until now i have no complaints).
None really but if there are some let me know because they can be easily fixed/addressed soon enough without any problem at hand here. Using records management services helps us organize our file folders quickly which allows everyone within team including non-technical users to access important documents whenever needed thus avoiding delays due to lost papers among other things thereby saving time too.
