Review on Men'S Waterproof Backpacking Boots For The Outdoors by Brandon Patterson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great Boots at a Great Price

The Thinsulate liners were worth the price. My old snow packs that I bought 30 years ago in Maine finally had given up their usefulness. When I looked for new liners, I couldn't find any in my size for a reasonable price. This pair of boots showed up as an alternative and was several dollars cheaper than liners for my old set. We live in FL most of the winter and only get trapped by a rare snowstorm in VA so I don't need an expensive pair of boots to work in every day of the winter. For the 5-6 days a year that I need snow boots, these will work wonderfully and at less than $30, they were a steal. They are warm, comfortable and waterproof. What more could I ask for?

Pros
  • Breathable fabric prevents sweating and discomfort
Cons
  • They have poor traction on rocky or uneven terrain
