PERFECT COMBINATION - shocks, struts and suspension

I have a 2004 Grand Cherokee with Cross Country suspension and an affordable 1 3/4" boost. This setup has served me very well for the last 80,000 miles .Very chic over the rocky Arizona terrain.Really picks up rocks better than anything else I've ridden.None of my factory shocks leaked, but the body roll cornering on the freeway got worse and worse over time.I wanted to replacing the shock absorber which would maintain the smooth off road ride and restore cornering stability.I wanted to avoid a shock that was set up for a 5500 lb truck.I chose these shock absorbers because they were specific to the Grand Cherokee with Up Country suspension I'm very mechanical by nature and have a decent tool kit but have never had shocks r changed. I had no problems with the installation. All four took me about 2 hours. Directions are not included. I was also pleased with the look of these shock absorbers. Nice finishes and no fancy bright colors. The fit was perfect. Today was a test! Packed up the family and drove up the back of Mount Lemmon, 30 miles of unattended, rocky, rutted, washboard, pothole and hilltop turns. The off-road tuning of these shocks was spot on. Plush as always, I wouldn't change a thing. Now down the face of the mountain, 30 miles of paved turns to test the turns. A HUGE improvement, body roll was very controlled and cornering stability was top notch for a Jeep. Mission accomplished!
