Ordered 1996 Cummins 5.9 Pan Gasket #46211765 OS30738 will not fit, this is the second pan gasket used I have now ordered, it took me a long time to send this part back. I don't know what to blame Fel-Pro or Revain for. I don't have the spacer I need
