So far so good. I have a lot of long, very straight hair that practically refuses to hold curls that I try to curl. I took the curler out of my hair this morning and the curls lasted an hour even after brushing with a wide tooth comb. The product was quite difficult to master but I hope it gets easier with repeated use. Also, there were a few times when the tip of the wand came loose from the rest as I pulled my hair through the tube. They weren't exactly comfortable to sleep in, but they weren't so uncomfortable that I didn't get a good night's sleep.
