I have read reviews on this product and several people have said they have used it on their Isuzu Rodeos. The product page asked questions about the make/model/year of my car and said it would be compatible with mine, but it wasn't. Now I'm returning that to order a Tow Ready wiring kit that's twice the price, which I'm not complaining about because I'm willing to pay more for something that works, but I was a little annoyed that it did said it was compatible with my car and i took the time to figure out what went wrong and now i have to wait for the right one to show up and do it all over again. Not sure what makes my Isuzu Rodeo different from others who have had success with this item (without discouraging anyone with a Rodeo from trying this first), but mine requires a T-connector. This item says "T-Plug Wiring Kit" but it doesn't have a T-Plug at all. So now I'm sending it back and ordering a Tow Ready T-Connector kit which is a real T-Connector and should connect and work perfectly. It really looks like a high-quality and well-made cable set. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because I chose this item not only based on the reviews but also because after I entered my vehicle information it told me it was compatible with my vehicle and after I found out found that this is not the case I had to return it, I was refunded the cost of the item but was deducted the shipping cost to send it back. I shouldn't have eaten almost $7 when everything on the site said it was perfect for my car and it wasn't, which doesn't reflect the quality of the item itself. There are two videos on YouTube. One of these shows this item being installed on an Isuzu Rodeo where there is a connector behind the bumper to which it connects. The other shows a Tow Ready 118360 T-connector (that's what I need and am ordering right now) which is a bit more complicated but still fairly simple, but instead of a connector behind the bumper you have to remove the taillights, running a wire on each side , Disconnect the tail light connector on each side and insert a T-connector in between. I would suggest watching these two videos and test drive your vehicle (even if it claims to work) to be sure which item you need before ordering to save time sending it back and waiting for another one and save the shipping cost. I still love Raven!
