I'm 5ft 2in, 130 and the small size was just right. The pants were a bit tight in the bottom and hips, but huge in the waist. It could easily be maternity pants. The waist is ABOVE the belly button. I will fold them to avoid excess fabric. The legs are barely long enough for me, so I'm sure they will be too short for most people. I think even with the best fit they look very unflattering. I would only wear them at home and found them too cool even for a short shopping spree. I left the pants because they are so soft and warm. It's like wearing a comfortable blanket.
