Amazingly perfect! for mechanical and hand tools
It's amazing! I went to a cooking school and was taught how to keep my knives in good condition. Hand wash only and always sharp. "A dull knife cuts you worse than a sharp one" and it's so true. So after a bad cut I bought this beauty. Love that it's from Arkansas! Wood holder and three-sided stone are perfect for home cooking. Sharpens great!
