Review on Goowin Colander: Large Stainless Steel Over the Sink Colander for Easy Fruit & Vegetable Washing, Pasta Draining, and Cutlery Drying by Anthony Juat

This strainer over the sink is very handy. So many times have I struggled with a large pot of pasta trying to drain it without wasting food. I put a clean plate in the sink and a colander on top (so I don't have to put the colander directly in the dirty sink) - that works, but then I have to wash the extra plate. And sometimes I pour in the sink. Same problem with washing food - I don't want a colander in a dirty sink. This sieve solves both problems. It is as long as advertised (18 inches side-to-side if you measure the longest part of the curve; 17.5 inches if you measure from the inside of the curve). It sits securely on my sink and is durable. I can wash food and drain pasta without worrying about the sink being clean. Hell, I can even put a few dirty plates in and still do whatever I want. There is only storage space here. I don't want to leave this stylish sieve standing when I'm not using it. It's long, so I made room next to the baking sheets. Overall it's sturdy, well made and solves a few issues for me. 5 Stars!
