'99 5.3L 1500-Z71 Very noticeable difference but I also replaced the MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor and Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). Overall I spent less than $50 for all 3 parts. I bought a poorly maintained truck and they brought it to life. This IAC costs about $70 in regular stores. This idle air control sensor is easy to install and if you're experiencing a rough idle or hard ignition, you can't go wrong.
