I've used a lot of sleep headphones - probably five or six in the last two years, looking for something comfortable. I finally hit the jackpot. I've used wired versions in the past and used my Kindle to listen to meditations etc. Since Bluetooth never worked properly with my Kindle, I switched to my iPhone when I got these headphones. WOW! The sound is much better, I have to turn down the volume on my phone to avoid my ears getting pierced. I had to buy an alarm clock because I didn't hear my alarm clock ring. I sleep with them and listen to the sounds of relaxation and meditation, and on weekends I get up and switch to Audible books, while I do housework. After the first full charge I usually listen to them at 9pm and on weekends I charge them from 12pm to 2pm and they still work. They are so comfortable that I paused the book to talk to my son, he asked me to take him to the store and I left the house in them forgetting I was wearing them. easy to pair, your grandmother could do it.
