I have three of these sensors, right now they are connected to the breadboard, yes they are slow to respond to temperature changes but for a DIYer like me they are just perfect. The normal temperature does not change that quickly. For a lab or industrial setting, that's a different story. I compare them to the Sparkfun HIH6130 which is 4x the price of this sensor and these guys are reporting basically the same readings. They're slow compared to the Sparkfun HIH6130, like I said, but not that slow.
