door and latch materials: quality could be improved. I cannot give exact characteristics of the transmission as they are very subjective. But I installed and tested Basic, Dynamic and GPT modes with no problems. SSDs in 3.5" adapter cases also worked. I've used software mirroring with no problems (if the disks are compatible with each other - they must conform to PHYSICAL sector specs). It fit into my PC case fairly snugly. internal drive mounting tabs (since you're occupying two 5.25" slots), so no bending is required. The holes for the plastic mounting screws were a bit easy to remove, as mentioned here, but care and fine-tuning are needed here. A couple of screws is enough to hold things in place in my opinion unless you have a loose fit. I will keep these. We will see. . .
