This watch strap is one of the few with a 16mm smart quartz link. This is normal, but the loop holding the end has a tendency to either slip off the tail or back onto the buckle. The watch I bought it for came with a leather strap which quickly wore out from exposure to water. The watch is used in a marine environment and is waterproof. It seems like there should be a sturdy watch strap that has a locking strap that stays in one place. While it serves the purpose, I'm really looking for one that's a little better.
