The platform allows us to track our internal reporting as well as third party audits from both BSA/ISO9001 & OHSAS 18000 standards in real time which has been of great benefit when responding during external audit periods or inquiries within an organization! We also have full integration into MS Office 365 so we are able streamline some processes that previously would require manual processing (ie - emailing out monthly employee reports).

I really like how easy it was setup once complete but there were still quite few options available for customization at first glance. It took me nearly 3 months before being fully customised. You do need someone who knows what they're doing though otherwise things might not be set up correctly initially especially if you don't speak native English!! This should probably take no longer than 2 weeks max depending upon experience level / knowledge.
