I love the gloves. They are quite comfortable and yes, in less than a month, they have kept me from slicing my finger. However, they do not stop all cuts, nor do they keep from cutting when a slice happens. I've been wrapping my left thumb and index finger, and my right thumb as well with 2" adhesive bandage, but I didn't this one time and viola! I know, using such sharp knives, I'm going to get cut, but this was not an incidence where the point of my knife went in. It clearly made a slice, and right through the glove it went. In other words, be careful about how you hold your work in progress! Regardless, I'll keep using these.
