The tool has great support from experts in this field of technology which makes it easier as compared to other similar tools out there but I would like more features available within CDi such us integration into CRM system etc., Also if you're looking at one solution then try multiple ones before purchasing anything instead comparing them side by side. We are solving our customer service issues using Data Mining Techniques where we have used different Predictive Analysis Models including Logistic Regression Modeling technique so far through cd i platform.
