Great Tool with Excellent Customer Service

I like how you can customize your account for each individual client that is assigned through our system as well as being able pull in additional information from other systems if needed. The training was quite extensive but after working at it about 3 hours one day they seemed easier! Definitely take advantage of their free trial period so yuou don't waste time or money going without it before fully evaluating this tool. My clients love having access to all products within seconds instead of…

  • Great search functionality, easy navigation.
  • Can add many different types into same shopping cart with ease due its' quick nature compared others such Amazon where everything has separate pages even though similar things are often sold together eithinAmazon's website.)

  • Not very customizable yet; still need more advanced features

Excellent customer service and knowledge

The team at EG was very helpful when I first joined our business; they took time out from their busy schedule (I know this is hard for them) helping me understand how things work in order that i could move forward myself! They were always accessible via phone or email - never had issues getting through if something wasn't working as expected which made it easy being new into such an organisational structure!! There's nothing really about EGs services/products itself but everything else around…

Overall positive experience with Edge, especially customer service

I like that they can provide me access for my vendors and their products so quickly! They also do great work in getting us set up when needed as well. Sometimes it is hard to find certain things but overall everything has been good. It's not always easy finding what you need without having someone from edge help out sometimes. However this isn't too common since our account rep makes sure everyone gets all services requested. Just make sure your needs match theirs because there will be some…
