I like that they can provide me access for my vendors and their products so quickly! They also do great work in getting us set up when needed as well. Sometimes it is hard to find certain things but overall everything has been good. It's not always easy finding what you need without having someone from edge help out sometimes. However this isn't too common since our account rep makes sure everyone gets all services requested. Just make sure your needs match theirs because there will be some items or functions which may seem unnecessary at first glance however if used correctly could save time later down the road. Accessing vendor information through them very quick and efficient.
