Shiny design. The ability to use two different socket wrenches for tightening and loosening is much better than the Shimano design. There is no slip and I don't have to worry about warping or rounding the edges of the special tool required for other types of sprocket hardware. And they come with spacers. So if you do a 3x to 1x conversion, you should be able to sort everything with ease. For anyone interested, I converted my 2008 Specialized Rockhopper from 3x to 1x. This is Shimano M341, 22/32/44 teeth. I replaced it with a Race Face Narrow Wide (34T) and used that gear. I read online to tighten them to 75-90lbs. I went for 80 and they feel solid. Finally, Race Face also makes a washer if you don't want to use those TruVativ washers. See a terrible low quality picture.
