I've had many compliments on the pumpkin design on my pumpkin bread. I've used the pan twice with great results. I spray coconut oil in the pan before filling and it comes off effortlessly. I adjusted the cooking time according to the depth of the pan. I recommend piercing the squash with a long skewer about halfway down the squash. This area will be baked last due to the uneven design. Cleaning a coated pan is very easy with hot soap and water. It costs money.
