Does what it should. Correctly passes 4K video at 60 Hz and DDC signals for brightness.

I use this cable to connect my 5K iMac 1st gen to the 15.6" 4K display from cocopar, B08B4LDKJ6. Picture quality is perfect. The cable connection looks good and feels very solid. The Video signal is transmitted correctly without any problems, the cable also transmits Display Data Channel signals such as brightness control via the Lunar app works great, does everything the anchor cable does on its own except that it exits the display at a 90° angle.
