just what i need

I use these dual zone night lights on my trailer. One on the front door as I don't have a street light near my front door and my door is in such a spot that having that kind of light is unrealistic. Two inside, at my bar to give a little light at night when going to the bathroom etc. I prefer these automatic on/off night lights as they give you the amount of light you need without overwhelming the room . too much light. I place one to the right of my front door outside under a covered porch and the other to an outlet. They worked very well for both setups and only two very small things came up. First of all on older lamps like this I didn't have polarized plugs (one big and one small) and had to add an adapter for that and the bulbs were 4w which I use for indoors but not bright enough for outside (I've got 7- use watt bulbs). These two little situations were easily resolved and didn't cause any problems, once with an adapter and once with a 7 watt bulb. After installing both lamps, both worked perfectly. I was most interested in testing the 4W interior light as it should turn off when I get up and turn off when the side table lamp turns on. This night light worked great from the first time I used it, turning off as soon as I turned on the table lamp and turning on when I turned it off with no issues. The front door light also worked great but only had to be turned on at night to lighten my front door a bit. For what I needed them for, this night light ticked the bill.
