I received this refurbished laptop yesterday. When I opened the box it looked in great condition. I plugged it in to charge for about 2-3 hours then wanted to turn it on and nothing. No sound, no screen, nothing. I put it aside and later tried turning it back on and noticed that I could barely see anything on the screen, but it was still very, very black. I tried increasing the brightness, it didn't help, I called tech support, they said you can just return it or send it in for repair. I would give zero stars but I think one star for the good physical condition he was in even when not working!
