Review on COLLAR CUFFS LONDON Cufflinks Baseball by Macaiah Arreola

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Looks ok, weight could be more.

Bought this and 3 different types - steam locomotive, DIY and music from the same seller. The seller's customer service is professional and the response is timely and efficient. The concept is really cool if you wear french cuff shirts often or know others who do and might appreciate the gift. Instead of having clasps, they can talk about hobbies and interests, bringing meaning and life to the cuffs and maybe the conversation. On closer inspection it looks like lacquer. The seller has now guaranteed the material is brass which I know needs to be welded to the locking mechanism to get it right. Upon closer inspection, it is clear that this is the case. It is lighter in weight compared to a standard rectangular or round cuff. . Looking at all four parts, it's clear that this is the case because they will use oddly shaped molds to be cast into them, likely resulting in less weight. I think a molded locking jig's weld should hold up like most other traditional cuffs, as the weight difference isn't really there, it's in the main part of the jig itself. Finally, could the finish be better? .yes, but working with irregularly shaped shapes is difficult. But it doesn't seem to make any difference when used on the shirt itself. Shirts don't seem boring anymore, and two gifts I made from them say they're original enough and good enough to grab a tip. Perhaps the weight problem can be solved by using colored stones and enlarging them. and the buttons are sold as one size. It doesn't matter if you have a larger than average frame. Four instead of five stars because of the feeling of weight; but would add a half star for customer service if it was possible with Revain. Worth trying as part of your wardrobe mix.
