Update: As I have used this a couple issues have come up. First, the non-cooling side is pilling up everywhere slowly making the pillow increasingly uncomfortable to sleep on. Second, there IS a non cooling side. I find it disconcerting to wake up in the middle of the night because I have inadvertently flipped the pillow over in my sleep and my face is covered in sweat AND I feel like I'm sleeping on sand paper. I lowered my review to 4 stars as a result, but really 3 may be more accurate.Original This is for the queen size (20x30), and I wish there was a King size. (20x36)The short of it is: It Works.I tend to overheat during the summer, so I was skeptical and ready to debunk this pillow case. But, I actually did feel like this pillow had a cooling effect on the cool side. I noticed it most in the middle of the night when I would get the pillow sides mixed up (in my sleep) and wake up sweating. Double sided for those super hot muggy summer nights would be ideal. I also liked how thick this pillow case is.I thought the little bumps wouldn't work well with my sleep habits, but they are soft enough that I didn't notice them, and when I did, they didn't bother me.It really bugs me that that I couldn't find a made in label. I looked everywhere, where these are made is a mystery.
