I’m disappointed in this cool pillow, yes it’s cool to the touch, it doesn’t stay cool!When your head is on it maybe 2 minutes in the same spot! It warms up fairly fast, I will keep on looking for the perfect cooling pillow case, sams club had a great one, and they don’t carry it anymore! Sorry guys not happy !

Maybe it's just me, but this seems to work intermittently. Sometimes it feels much cooler than other times.I put it on my pillow and then covered it with the pillowcase that matches my sheets, so that might affect the cooling effect. Update: As I have used this a couple issues have come up. First, the non-cooling side is pilling up everywhere slowly making the pillow increasingly uncomfortable to sleep on. Second, there IS a non cooling side. I find it disconcerting to wake up in the middle of the night because I have inadvertently flipped the pillow over in my sleep and my face is covered in sweat AND I feel like I'm sleeping on sand paper. At first I thought this was a pillowcase protector and not a pillowcase. It looks like a protector, most pillow cases don’t zipper, are not a thick material and usually come in pairs not one. Even my husband keeps saying you need a pillow case on your pillow. The case is cool to the touch but your face warms it up pretty quickly, but it is cool when you touch it or initially put your face on it. I sometimes flip my pillow and the cool touch is one sided. For the price of one I can sweat it out.

It is cool but it doesn't stay that way as long as expected. It does fit the pillow nicely and has a zipper closure so it stays on.

The product does what it says it is cooling. I slept comfortably and did not overheat during the night. It’s appearance is unlike a pillow case but resembles a mattress pad look so if you’re concerned about style it is not stylish but for sleeping it worked well.

This cover really works , keeping my head cool. The only drawback is that it does not work with a pillow case on it. Even a thin one.

This is a fantastic product. I purchased it because the cooling pillow I was using stopped 'cooling' and I wanted to keep the interior of the pillow. This case fit the bill. This thing does stay "okay” cool but the fuzzies and balls it gets all over it are nasty. You can put a pillowcase on it but then you don’t get the cool effect.

They are soft & comfortable. It's to bad I was expecting a double sided cooling pillow case. That is not at what I received. I should have know by the price that they would NOT be cooling. They did arrive on time.

Initially I was on the fence about the cooling qualities of this pillow case. Then I did a side by side comparison & any doubts I had were eliminated. This pillow case is soft & keeps you cooler than a regular pillow case. I'm sold now & would recommend this pillow case to others.

I bought it to help my neck issues and for the coolness aspect of the pillow. It has helped my neck issues and it’s cool to the touch, but the cooling does not last long.

I was so disappointed when I tried this.it is true that the pillow case is cool to the touch.on the cool side of it.there are 2 sides and only 1 of them has the cooling material. It nice cool but it is one sided, meaning that only one side has the cooling material and no cooling material on both sides. It would be nice that the makers of this cooling pillow case would realize that people flip there pillows and that the cooling material would be on both sides. I would not recommend this product for the reason on making your pillow one sided use.

I sometimes get night sweats, and have been impressed with these covers to "cool me down" a bit. Soft and comfy. That's my review.

The cover is smooth and silky and it is cool to touch. I have not laundered it yet so I don’t know if it maintains these qualities. Would recommend if you like a cool pillow.
