I am happy with it.

This cover really works , keeping my head cool. The only drawback is that it does not work with a pillow case on it. Even a thin one.

Pros

No more waking up to wet spots and discomfort from night sweats and hot flashes.

Cons

The cooling effect may not work as well during humid weather

I bought this because my head gets very hot at night. It does feel cool. I still get warm, but nowhere as warm as I got without it. I think that it is a good purchase and would recommend that you try it before investing in an expensive cooling pillow. It may do the trick for you. I like it.
