I was so disappointed when I tried this.it is true that the pillow case is cool to the touch.on the cool side of it.there are 2 sides and only 1 of them has the cooling material. But, even so, it only cools for a few minutes when you put your head on it. So technically you'd have to move your head around all night to feel anything cool. My regular pillow cases cool better than this one. I don't even understand why they only made one side cooling. I thought maybe the problem was just me, but I gave to my husband to try and it wasn't any better for him either. I do not recommend this pillow case at all.
