As I said above, it's very easy to use - my whole team has been able to learn how to work with this program quickly! The support is also excellent for when we need help or if there are any issues that arise along our journey of using Maintenance Master Software (MMS).

There aren't really anything negative about Maintainmaster as far as functionality goes; however, sometimes you do have some minor glitches here-and-there but they're usually resolved pretty quicky by contacting their awesome customer service department who always get back right away!! We've had no complaints at all from customers regarding our site being down because of an issue within MMS/MMS itself so overall everything works well together which makes us happy :).
