To be honest I had many doubts about this purchase. Most pump action products don't work for me as I'm considered a luxury sized SUV. Because of this I took 3 pills every day in the morning and it worked well. There are no swallowing problems as the tablets are smaller. The tablets have no taste/smell which was great. The quality of the ingredients, I was skeptical here too, this product turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Week 1 - not much happened, I thought it should build up in my body. Week 2 - noticed a slight pump during exercise. Week 3 - This week things really started to shine. The pumping was noticeable after the first set of each exercise and lasted for several hours after the workout. It's nice to find something that has really helped increase my endurance and allowed me to lift a lot more weight in my training programs. Week 4 - just started and looking forward to seeing what I can do this week. I started noticing that I had more blood vessels in my shoulders and arms. While this usually happens through diet, it becomes more apparent without changing my diet or cardio routine. I look forward to getting the second bottle and using it for another month.
