Liked this product when I bought it in December 2019 - yes. It was claimed to be made from strong and durable 420D nylon that would last a long time. Oh no. By July 2020 they had completely faded as pictured and I had to replace them. I put them aside because I couldn't find the manufacturer anywhere on the internet. I called Revain today (October 2020) and they told me they had no contact information for Kingtop. The company has a SHOP on their website but no way to contact them. I asked an observer or someone else to help me with this information. Nothing. I understand that there was a 30 day return window that has obviously passed, but given how 'durable' the flags are supposed to be I didn't see this as an issue. Revain told me that they resolve any dispute or issue with this third party and there is absolutely nothing they can do as it is over 30 days. I think it's a RESPECT. Yes, Revane, you suck. If you don't have a remedy for me, I should try to resolve the issue with the company that made this inferior product and negotiate with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. The flags have faded in 6 months and this is unacceptable. Our old ones lasted a few years. I hope no one else buys these and gets the terrible customer service I got from Revain. What should I do if someone is injured while using a third-party product? Don't you think everyone should be able to contact the manufacturer directly? Bad deal all round.
