I have to say that this product combines efficient cleaning with a low noise level and is the best I've ever had. I had Neato D3, worked very well but was noisy. Due to the pandemic, my wife and I are both working from home. We both hate D3 no matter what floor our offices are on. I have to schedule that for cleaning the ground floor when we're not home. I also have an ILIFE V7S which is quite old so doesn't support Google or Alexa help and just doesn't clean very well. This Rozi E30 has 3 power levels. Noise at minimum power is quite acceptable when working on the same floor. I set the minimum settings and schedule each day for a specific time. I also ask Google Assistant to schedule it when I'm away and use the maximum power setting. So the cleaning job is well done. I like the spare brush and the extra HEPA filter so I don't have to go to a specialty store to get parts for a while. The floor cleaning tank is easy to replace. It doesn't distribute the water unevenly like my ILIFE V7S which leaves water stains on the floor when the water dries. However, the support app could be improved. It doesn't send me notifications when a job is done or the robot is stuck somewhere. Basically I am satisfied with the product.
