My first Swiss salt and pepper shaker was actually given to me by a Swiss neighbor for fun, because I'm a saltaholic. However, back then it was very convenient. When Covid struck and salt and pepper were taken away, it became priceless. I bought two more for myself and my wife and one for each of my two daughters. Everyone loves the convenience and affordability and how easy they are to use and fill, yet are very secure and won't spill when closed. I used to have salt and pepper shakers and they always left the salt and pepper loose. They never do and my first is over two years old.
