Obscure Manual - Aquarium Heater & Cooler

I ordered this heater to replace a 25 watt Penn Plax heater that is no longer working. I've read the manual SEVERAL times and I still can't change the water heater from 82 degrees. I would like this heater more if I could understand h8w to change it. In addition, it is very large for a small aquarium. On the plus side, the LCD is easy to read and the on/off indicator is bright and easy to see.

Pros

Wide Temperature Range - Heater temperature can be adjusted between 20-34℃, 68-94°F. Suitable for fresh or marine water, it is excellent for many species of aquarium, fish and amphibious turtle.
