Upgrade to 1 Star 09/27/21: Having more time to try them out and interact with customer support, I downgraded their rating to 1 star. I still like the idea but they do NOT support FAST CHARGE as confirmed by customer service. Sometimes they decide to fast charge my Galaxy S9 or my kid's Galaxy S7, but most of the time they don't. Either from the original Samsung charger or the Anker fast charger. Both charge quickly with my 6ft anchor cords. A short cable charges faster than a long one. The contacts are clean, there is no dust, and this from day one. The response I got from their support team is below. "Because the wire is longer than the short line, current is lost due to the resistance effect, so the charging speed of the long line is slower than that of the short line. Intermittent charging can be caused by dust on the interface. Please clear the UI before using it. "I still like the concept, and if cable sizing is really an issue, I'm just disappointed that they didn't use the right size cable. The magnets hold well, the turn signal is nice. If they charged constantly Fast I would give this 5 stars Original 3 stars rating: I've only had them for a few hours but they are not very consistent Sometimes they don't charge, sometimes they charge in normal mode, sometimes in fast mode All with the same phone, with the same Samsung fast charger on the wall. Plug it back in enough times and you'll get what you want idea and the swivel well see how it holds up, this is what it looks like once plugged in and charged, at least as long as it stays plugged in. it only takes a few tries before it loads properly.
