This is a well made welding gun with a much longer cord, but it is very difficult to insert the wires into the welder and connect, it took some time. longer than I was hoping for, but overall it's much better than the original that came with the kit. I love how it's longer which made my project easier to weld. Thanks it was so much fun to weld again the old one kept cutting and quitting that wasn't a pretty weld this is the right choice for me
