The first impression is not very good. I travel for work and used this to take my food with me which was fine as most of the food was frozen. On Wednesday I put beer and a small bag of ice cream from the hotel in the fridge and the next morning it was all melted. On Thursday I filled the cooler with ice from the hotel and when I got home the ice had completely melted. I was in the car for about 8 hours and it wasn't hot at all. I'm not sure if the ice in the hotel isn't good so I'll check again, but I really expected the ice to still be there after such a short update on 01/15/2020; Rtic replaced my original item but it's no better. Can't even hold ice for hours. I wish I had saved my money. The zipper is also very difficult to use.
