This is our first year with lamb. The duvet (and netting) appear to be of good quality and should last a couple of seasons. The only thing I don't like is the tie under the belly. I have seen some other pin up quilts and heard they are "old" quilts. I wish mine had this clip (or I'll have to figure out how to install it myself). You need to make sure you tie your blanket securely so it doesn't come loose and wrap the blanket around your lamb. If you have a "spicy" lamb it can be a little tricky to tie it in as it comes with two rings (rather than a clip). Definitely a good lightweight blanket, but you may or may not have trouble fixing it. The net butt is useful for sheep. If you are in very cold weather you will need a heavier blanket than this.
