Since spending so much time at home, we have improved our lifestyles and found ways to intensify our daily activities, which includes exercising more at home. We noticed a lot of muscle soreness after a few sessions the next day and didn't feel as healthy as we should be after a workout. I did a little research and came across a blog that stated that adding creatine to our pre and post workouts would help relieve muscle soreness and offer many other benefits. We tried a few from our local pharmacy but they all tasted awful and we didn't notice much of a difference to justify the taste in our aching muscles. So I stumbled across them and thought why not? Not only does it have the creatine I've been looking for, but it also has L-Taurine and ribose powder. In addition, this mixture is 100% natural and I was convinced. We mix it right into our morning smoothie and there's no weird taste. In fact, there doesn't seem to be any flavor at all, which is impressive.
