I bought it because I like the appearance, characteristics and price. At under $200 I think it's good value for money. This chair was tricky to put together - it took an extra pair of hands - but everything was included: equipment, tools, and very sparse instructions in the form of infographics on a card. Additional screws included. I am a 65 year old female with small hands and needed help assembling the casters and general assembly. I really like the chair now that it's assembled. Good looking, mesh fabric is smooth with attractive pattern. The overall design is pretty excellent. I especially like that the arms are adjustable in more ways than usual: forward/backward, up/down, inside/outside angles. There is a moveable lumbar support. He leans back and turns around. Freshly assembled, it is absolutely silent. Overall quality seems pretty good. Everything was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. SPECIAL NOTE: This chair is basically NOT suitable for a small person. I'm 1.60 m tall and the shortest. I'm fat (260 pounds) and needed a chair with a comfortable wide seat and this is it. If you are tall and bulky then this is the perfect chair for you. It's not for the little ones.
