My 94 year old father saw an ad for this (or a similar) product on TV and wanted it. He is always cold and has mobility problems due to arthritis, particularly pain in his knees and legs. I searched the internet for different brands and models and settled on this one. Were very happy with it. Although he sometimes finds it difficult to press the right button on the remote control, the same buttons are on the machine itself and he can operate them with his feet. He was very excited when it arrived and immediately forced me to plug it in. The first day he overdid it - for example he did 10 sessions and the next day he was in pain. Since then he has been using it 2 or 3 times a day and no longer complains of leg pain. This greatly improved his circulation in his legs and feet. Since he got it, his feet don't feel like ice cubes anymore. This is a great investment!
